i purchased this tv panasonic viera tc-p42x3 42-inch 720p plasma hdtv]] primarily so that i could receive netflix wireless. before purchasing i known as panasonic customer service and was told it had been came upon for what i needed to try to to with it. upon receiving the set and could not get any web service i was told that i had to shop for another adapter, $90.00, that i did. still no netflex. then was told my it had been most likely mt wireless router that was causing the matter. got another new on and still no luck. bought a 3rd router and still no luck. after many calls between panasonic, verizon, netflix and netgear i finally bought another brand tv, plugged it in, came upon the wireless network and everything was fine. the panasonic is now going back. of all the various calls i created the customer department of panasonic was the worst. the tv itself worked excellent but the net half and customer service department left very-very a lot of to be desired if you are craving for s0mething else the simply watching regular ty. panasonic tc-p42x3
