Breville BJE510XL review : My wife and i purchased two of those things within the same week and both were broken out of the box. Upon plugging the item in it displayed an E and also the motor never engaged. I visited the website to check what was wrong and found out that it’s a grasp issue. the company asks that you simply file a warranty claim, and not come back the item to the store. we have a tendency to tried to try and do thus, then the company refused to exchange the unit. this is often my initial time purchasing this complete and boy did we have a poor customer experience. i would not recommend that you simply purchase a product from a corporation that knowingly refuses to honor its own warranty for a defective product. we are going to be shopping for any products from this company in the future.
Breville BES860XL review : i’d been using an older version of this espresso maker, and i was quite proud of it. I then received this model for my birthday earlier this year, and i was blown away by the refined, however terribly useful upgrades, like:
* vastly improved foaming wand
* pressure gauge (for a lot of precision)
* integrated burr grinder
* automatic shutoff after a amount of half-hour of inactivity
* measured shots (just push a button for one shot or two)
Overall, i’m terribly happy and would offer 5 stars, except I’ve had a retardant with the burr grinder. It just stopped operating recently, and i’ve solely had the machine for 8 months. this isn’t the primary drawback I’ve had with a Breville Espresso maker – the last model broke down on me after a trifle over a year. Fortunately i’d bought that one at Williams Sonoma before they amended their come back policy. To their credit, Breville has agreed to switch my current unit with no hassle whatsoever.
I love my Breville BJE200XL. the only thing with the automated yeast dispenser, it makes a grinding sound and you’ve got to marvel what that noise is. thus far I’ve created dinner rolls, cinnammon rolls, milk bread, cinnamon rasin bread, inside out pizza that was wonderful. i would purchase this item again.
